Kat Knightly has it all: a handsome and successful husband, Jordan; their son, Jay, soon to graduate from college; and a beautiful home. But her comfortable life changes abruptly when she faces a devastating breast cancer diagnosis, and Jordan lets her know he will not be there to support her.
