The Complete Encyclopedia of Butterflies

Describes the development and life cycle of butterflies from around the world. All aspects of a butterfly's life are dealt with extensively: from its love-life to its particular life-cycle, which includes a complete metamorphosis from egg to caterpillar and then from pupa to butterfly. A large selection has been set aside for systematically covering a representative selection of butterflies from around the world. Each species can easily be found with the help of the alphabetical index, which contains both the English and the Latin names.
