Summer Activities for Fall Readiness: Kindergarten (Summer Activities for Fall Readiness Series)

This 10-week program will help students maintain the academic skills they have already acquired and give them a head start on the skills they will learn in the coming school year. This book is divided into 10 one-week sections. There are five reading/language arts activity pages and five math activity pages per week. The first half of the book is dedicated to reviewing the previous grade skills and the second half provides a sneak-peek at what students will learn in the next grade. Pages are clearly marked so that you'll know at a glance if your child is working on a review skill or a look-ahead skill. This 112-page book is aligned to the Common Core State Standards and includes an answer key. This series can also be used anytime during the school year to provide practice and reinforce skills.Â
