Grandma and The Girls sewing club held weekly meetings for over 40 years. They sewed together, raised their children together, and talked about family recipes, sharing cooking secrets and tradition that they learned in their mother's kitchens. This book is a treasury of those recipes. It includes not only Grandmother Shiver's original recipes but many handed down for generations, in their original language in some cases, plus many from the "girls sewing club" that met for over 40 years.
