The Labrador Saga

The Labrador Saga is about a young US Air Forceman who spent three years a APO 677, Goose Bay, Labrador, Canada, from Feb 1950 to Feb 1953. During the time spent at Goose Bay, he performed duties consisting of police work, dog team musher, military scout and rescue and survival specialist. This title is about incidents and events occurring during the three years spent at Goose Bay. He spent over 250 days a year sleeping outdoors, teaching survival, participating in rescue missions and patrolling the area around the America side the Air Base.
