Leadership Tripod

The concepts in "Leadership Tripod" are a result of applying scientific principles and theories related to learning, decision making and leadership processes so that executives can retrain their minds to be more effective in dealing with the challenges and emotional dynamics of leadership and organizational change inherent in the world of business. Leadership Tripod has been designed as a practice, applicable model for effective leadership.

Instead of just talking about what effective leadership should be, the Leadership Tripod has been developed to show through a visual model the components needed for organizations, companies, leaders, as well as those selecting leaders to be able to improve through better leadership.
