Making Diversity Work

"Making Diversity Work, an ASCA National Model publication," supports school counselors' efforts to promote achievement and equity for all students. This workbook provides examples, step-by-step strategies and resources for improving the cultural competence of each aspect of the school counseling program. It also includes ideas for culturally responsive programming and services along with offering suggestions for enhancing school counselors' cultural awareness and skills.(ASCA, 2012)
