Pity the Children : A Yannis Lavonis Mystery

When Captain Lavonis of the Athens police is made responsible for security at the 2004 Olympic Games, others assume his responsibility is to bury anything detrimental to Greek honor. So when the teenaged son of an American CIA agent is missing, the Minister of Justice and Captain Lavonis are dispatched to keep the situation from getting out of hand. But of course it does, and Captain Lavonis is soon engaged in activities well beyond the law.
