The Penal Law of the Roman Catholic Church: Commentary on Canons 1311-1399 and 1717-1731 and Other Sources of Penal Law

This work is a commentary on the universal (papal) penal law existing in the Latin Church, as this law has been modified and supplemented since the promulgation of the 1983 Code. It contains a commentary on each existing penal law, and makes references to corresponding legislation of the 1917 Latin Code and the 1990 Eastern Code, as appropriate. Thirteen appendices contain various related documents (e.g., CDF Normae de gravioribus delictis, USCCB Essential Norms, CEP and CC Special Faculties).
