Ros grew up in care, having her first child at eighteen.
Her friend, on the other hand, is over forty and about to have her fourth. As her husband’s behaviour becomes unbearable and her marriage begins to fall apart, Anna turns to Ros for support. But Ros has problems of her own and as her mysterious past begins to encroach, she must abandon Anna.
