In her searingly candid story, Roseann tells of her descent into chronic depression, being admitted to a psychiatric ward and the collapse of her marriage. She also speaks about self-harming and how her despair culminated in a suicide attempt that she was lucky to survive.

Yet even during her darkest days, Roseann was determined to fight for justice and to turn her terrible loss into a legacy for her firstborn child.
