The Diyarbekir Massacres and Kurdish Atrocities

English translated from original Armenian, which was published in 1919. This work is the first probe of the Armenian Genocide in Diyarbekir province, with a focus on the cities of Diyarbekir and Mardin. The book presents a lot of information about incidents, victims and executioners. Much of the narrative also reflects the politics of 1919 and the uncertain future of Armenian survivors. The author based his account on his own observations, as well as four other key informants.
