Leadership is about helping to bring the leadership qualities out of those we work with, so that leadership can be there at all levels. Leadership speaks of discovering and giving a sense of direction. It is to do with pathfinding. It is about both the courage to stick with a certain direction against all the odds and having the courage to acknowledge that the current direction is wrong and a new direction is needed.
