It is an unconfirmed signature, though the buyer said he compared it to verified signatures of Sir John A. and was satisfied that it is authentic. In the last three minutes of the online auction, the bidding jumped from $4601 to the final sale price of $7850. The seller of the card was a former real estate agent from Worcester, Massachusetts, named Patti Kelley.

Pat Bidwell - Pat has always had a passion for drawing and art. Initially self-taught, he completed art studies in Visual Communication in 1986. Over the years, he has worked both locally and internationally as an illustrator product designer and graphic designer, collecting many awards for excellence along the way. When not at the drawing board, Pat pursues other interests solo or with his wife, Lisa, such as landscaping, gardening, traveling, the symphony and the opera.
Roger Garcia - Roger is a self-taught artist with some formal training who specializes in cartooning and illustration. He is an immigrant from El Salvador, and during the last few years, his work has been primarily cartoons and editorial illustrations in pen and ink. Recently he has started painting once more. Focusing on simplifying the human form, he uses a bright minimal palette and as few elements as possible. His work can be seen in newspapers, magazines,
promo material.
Patrick Hénaff - Born in France, Patrick is mostly self-taught. He is a versatile artist who has explored a variety of media under many different influences. He now uses primarily pen and ink to draw and then processes the images on computer. He is particularly interested in the narrative power of pictures and tries to use them as a way to tell stories.
