Drum Styles: Book with Audio Access

The Drum Styles Book with Audio CD by Tim Wimer is the followup book to the Drum Primer. It is designed for the intermediate drummer who is looking to expand their playing styles. This course teaches many styles of music such as rock, blues, reggae, jazz, and latin. Each style is taught by building a basic beat, one instrument at a time, going through several variations on the basic beat, and adding drum fills for that particular style. There are many examples of each style where the student plays along with a full band.
