Cheryl and Harry have designed this book to be and interactive marriage/relationship workbook. Take some time at the end of each chapter and let God minister to you on a personal level. Don t be afraid to write your thoughts and concerns. Be open and honest with yourself and your mate, before God. If you and your mate are reading this book together, photocopy the journal pages so you both can have a workbook, and also some privacy to get real and personal with yourself and with God. You can share your revelations with your mate at the end of each chapter, or at the end of the book, if you so choose. This is your journey to get healed, get healthy, or get renewed! Whatever you need, God will meet you there! Invest this time in yourself so you can be strong and healthy for your mate! Your spiritual and emotional health is just as important as your physical health. As you begin to grow and heal, your relationship will, too! Enjoy the journey.
