Part One (Chapters 1-6) examines the origins of, and compares, U.S., Japanese and EU antitrust laws and discusses the particular problems negotiators would face in crafting an agreement that accomodates their similarities and differences. Part Two (Chapters 7-9) examines antitrust as an international commercial isssue -- including its current status within the WTO -- discusses international enforcement problems, and proposes a specific structure for an agreement within the WTO system.
