To Women With Love: Walking Away From Abuse

The book is about why I became an advocate for the abused. My life of abuse and slavery (35 yrs.) from a young child raised by alcoholics, into a 23 yr. marriage, going from the frying pan into the fire, from parents home to an abusive husband that was worse than the abuse I encountered at home.It tells how I survived and came out very fearful of not being able to learn, becasue of being beat down emotionally, not having a GED or High School education.It helps the abused understand they were made for so much more than this and how they can become free and stay free. It also teaches about boundaries and how to set them. It teaches them how to have healthy relationships.It teaches the abused that regardless of your education or no education you were made for so much more than this.I share how I came out fearful I couldn't make it own my own, to trusting in God and what He could do in my life that I would not have dreamed. Only getting my GED, He placed me in a job that I took the place of an Accountant. When we trust in the Lord with all our hearts, the sky is the limit.
