The Dead Past

Awakened by a phone call, Jonathan Kendrick finds himself headed for his hometown to see what seamy crime his grandmother, Anna, is involved in now. This time, it's a corpse in her garbage can. The "former" thief may be linked to the death of a local woman and even when more deaths occur, Anna stubbornly resolves to continue the investigation. Soon Jonathan is tracking a revenge-bent shadow, a mission that will reveal startling revelations. Caught in a labyrinth of betrayal, murder, hidden loves and lies, Anna and Jon must face their own blood-speckled past in an effort to save their very souls.
