Cabo One and Two Family Dwelling Code, 1995

From preface. The purpose of this code is to provide minimum requirements to safeguard life or limb, health, and public welfare and to protect property as it relates to these safeguards by regulating and controlling the design, construction, prefabrication. equipment or appliance installation, quality of material, use and occupancy, location and repair of detached one and two family dwellings not more than three stories high. This code further standardizes requirements by using compilation of data from many sources.
