A Witness Forever examines the nature and power of words and literature, using this analysis to explain rhetorical and textual anomalies and difficulties within the Hebrew Scriptures. As part of this study, Dr. Rabinowitz examines (1) the nature, contents, and functioning of The Book of the Upright, which was drawn upon by the writer and editors who composed a major portion of the Hebrew Bible; and (2) the originally intended literary unity of the assembled Hebrew Scriptures.
