Lights of the modern world: Orthodox Christian mission and evangelism in the United States

Is the Orthodox Christian Church making any serious effort to evangelize the people of the United States? If so, how is this being done? This book offers a probing analysis of the history, theology, and praxis of Orthodox Christian mission and evangelism in the United States. Various evangelistic efforts of the past and present are examined and compared in an effort to better understand the successes and failures of the American missionary enterprises.
