Rock Climbing Western Oregon, is a three volume guide to the lesser known regions of western Oregon and south Oregon Coast. These climbing guides to the Southern Willamette, Umpqua, and Rogue regions are compiled and written by local climbers representing three generations and 50 years of climbing. Beginner and well honed climbers will find a wide range of climbing experiences in these welcoming crags and tall forests of the Western Cascades. While compiling these guides Greg Orton has met many interesting people and explored the spectacular West Cascades. He has enjoyed endless hours pursuing his passion and hopes others will discover the challenges and rewards rock climbing has to offer.
