A catalogue of more than 30 Romanesque manuscripts from the Cistercian monastery of Sticna in Slovenia. They represent a large and important collection from this part of Europe. Golob publishes the first comprehensive catalogue of them and much of the book is taken up with their analysis; twelfth century libraries, book production, scribes and art historical comparisons.
