This book provides a clear and easily accessible exposition of the law of tort,comprehensively updating the fourth edition. All aspects of the law of tort are discussed in detail and particular attention is paid to areas that students find the most difficult. The aim of the book is to explain the principles of law in such a way as to enable students to understand and apply them effectively.
