Skinner's Round

A four-day tournament involving the world's leading golfers is being staged to mark the opening of Witches' Hill, a new country club by the marquis of Kinture, until one of Kinture's business partners os found in the clubhouse - with his throat cut. The next day a local newspaper recieves a fragment of a legendary witches' curse. When a second murder - by water - occurs, Assistant Chief Constable Robert Skinner has to deal with a case which seems to have it's roots in the past.
