Silence In Hanover Close

In 1884 Robert York is brutally murdered in his home in Hanover Close. Three years later, with the murder still unsolved, Inspector Pitt is asked to investigate and clear the name of the dead man's widow, Veronica, who wishes to remarry. His investigations bring danger not only for Pitt, but also for his wife Charlotte and her sister Emily, as events move to a chilling climax.
