To "ski the world" was the dream of Arnie Wilson and his French girlfriend, Lucy Dicker. Their journey began in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, on January 1st 1994, and took them across five continents, to 240 resorts, and earned them a place in the Guinness Book of Records. Fighting the clock and the elements, Arnie and Lucy took on the Rockies, the Alps, the Himalayas and the Andes, never knowing what was in store for them, but found their love and trust growing. On New Year's Eve, 1994, the couple arrived back at Summit County, Colorado, in triumph. Amidst the celebrations they talked of marriage and the children they would share.
