Since Little Eber is too frightened by the thunder and lightning to go to sleep, he climbs into Grandpa Noah and Grandma Nora's cozy bed, but he can't figure out why his hair is so tickly, his toenails so scratchy, and his nose so snuffly, in a visually humorous story that combines the traditional Noah's Ark story with a reassuring bedtime tale.
