A Silly Idea

A Silly IdeaI had had this idea for years. A walk from Lands End to Lenham. Why? I have no idea! But over the years the thought just kept coming back, more than just a thought, a dream, that I think I always knew I would attempt at some point in my life. It would have to be for charity, it was too big an event to do for no productive end.Then, talking to Harry Appleton in The Red Lion one evening, having learnt that the fundraising for the new Lenham Community Centre had almost come to a halt, I decided that now was the time.
