If it falls to 150 ppm plants cannot survive - nor can we. The ideal for food yields is around 1,500 ppm. It is the increase in CO2 that has greened desert regions all over the planet since 1960. It abolishes famine.
There is no trap or blanket of CO2 over the Earth. With water vapour it helps keep the surface at an average of 150C - without it Earth would be a snowball. For millions of years CO2 has been fully 'saturated' with radiation from the surface - it cannot absorb more heat. Doubling or trebling CO2 increases temperature by just 10 C. There is no climate crisis.
We need abundant CO2. There is nothing to fear.
