Dossier (A Rebecca Warne Chronicle)

Detective Rebecca Warne, goes by the name of Beck's. She is a Detective in the small town police Department of Chadwick Bay Washington. Located about 30 miles from the greater Seattle area, Chadwick Bay is known for it's small town atmosphere and quaint charm. A few years back the Mayor was attempting to get more funds for his chest so that he could do the things he wanted to do for the community. He developed the idea of having the Chadwick Bay police department become a training department, more money for the police department, less money the city would need to budget for the department. He would turn it over to his Police Chief who in turn would hire one of the brightest minds available. Hiring a bright mind does not come without baggage, Rebecca Warne has baggage, she also has a PHD, a great investigative mind and as many would concur beauty beyond belief. Some would say that her eyes nearly melt you, while holding you in some sort of trance. As a Detective in the greater San Francisco area she had done it all, high solve rate for crimes, spending the last five years in the Cold Case Files division, where she is credited with solving 67 previously unsolved rapes and murders. During her duties she has fired her weapon two times, one time it stopped a serial rapist in his escape, the other time she shot and killed her partner of three years, as we all know, there is always more to the story.
