Research Methods in Psychology

Research Methods in Psychology introduces students to important topics and information in the field of psychology research methodology in a somewhat humorous, laid back style. The book is composed of 14 chapters including topics related to starting psychological research, statistics and analysis, writing APA research reports, ethics, and various other topics to provide students the necessary information to become competent researchers. Each chapter is organized to introduce the student to each topic, providing all of the necessary information and terminology, and includes end of chapter quizzes to evaluate student knowledge. Additionally, each chapter concludes with tear out homework assignments that provide hands-on practice to make the information from each chapter more noteworthy and memorable. The homework assignments require students to be able to understand, integrate, and apply the information from the chapter.
