This children's picture book is to encourage parents to incorporate affirmations into their children's daily routines by using rhymes and illustrations. This book addresses how powerful and empowering words are by having children repeat positive words and or phrases about themselves. Repeating these positive words and or phrases will help children to have good self esteem and gain confidence.
