Eulogy for an Immortal

On the outskirts of a small town in Alabama during the waning days of Reconstruction, the young son of a sharecropper finds that there is something more than his subconscious, speaking. An advanced technology has taken residence in his brain, making him privy to uncanny facts. The boy must complete implausible feats, all the while becoming a quieter voice inside of his own head.
