If I Had a Cow

This children's picture book is two-fold. First, it talks about the foods we get from cow's milk as told through the eyes of a little girl who dreams of having a cow. However, the last page of the book reveals a message about childhood hunger. This book is to encourage critical conversations with young children about the reality of food hunger and one major source from which our food comes from, livestock.
