Khunda (Ancient Blood Trilogy)

Lexy is a successful science fiction author on Earth and her fans would never know writing is a cover for her real career, as the Captain of the Khunda, an intergalactic transport ship. For as long as she could remember Lexy has wanted to be a three-star Captain just like her father. With two stars under her belt, Lexy and her best friend and pilot, Z, always seem to make it out alive. This time the stakes are higher when they are given a royal transport that could make their careers.
