The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Selected Statutes: 2020 Edition

This edition of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (as amended through December 1, 2019) can be used to supplement and complement any of the Civil Procedure casebooks that are required for the course in Civil Procedure. In addition to the Rules it also contains the the federal statutes and articles and amendments of the constitution that are relevant to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal courts. (Please note that this edition does not include the Advisory Committee Notes to the various rules.)
