When his government-provided security detail in Beijing is removed and Jack finds his family in imminent danger, they relocate to the United States, where an opportunity to work within the United States government presents itself that Jack simply cannot turn down. Jack, together with his team of trusted assistants, puts together a plan, but to create real and lasting democratic change, government control over what Chinese citizens are able to see and access online must be eradicated. This is no small undertaking, but if they can harness the power of social media and fight back against an onslaught of disinformation, the communist regime might finally be toppled. But when China invades Taiwan, it is up to Jack to take the decisive action to neutralize the threat and usher in democracy and freedom to the world's most populous nation.
