Walking home from a friendly game of baseball with his friends in a street in Key West, Cam Derringer discovers his first crime. His teacher is peeping in the window of one of his classmates. Cam finds her father is making his drinking money selling her to older men. Cam stops this pervert but realizes the world is full of them. This was his first battle, but not his last. Growing up in the streets of Key West Cam learned how to deal with adversity. Eventually becoming a lawyer, he handled crime the way he saw fit.
