ORCCA (Open Resources for Community College Algebra) is an open-source beginning and intermediate algebra textbook created by faculty at Portland Community College. This is Part 1, which covers Chapters 1-4 of the entire textbook. It is designed for PCC's MTH 60 course (Introductory Algebra I).
