Pieces of Eight: A Story in Life and Law

This is the story of a once renowned attorney reconstituting himself after the excessive success, alcohol, and countless affairs left him in a ditch. Now, he no longer drinks. He had enough successful cases to reestablish himself and is asked to handle a personal injury case by a friend, although his primary area is criminal law. There are eight stories which allow readers to see how the law function as a living, or expanding, and organic thing.
