When famous folk singer Laura Fairplay agrees to appear at the annual maritime music festival to perform a newly discovered piece of music by the legendary Stephen Foster, everyone in the quaint seaside village of Pirate's Cove is delighted-including mystery bookstore owner and sometimes amateur sleuth, Ellery Page.
