Tumble: The Golden Capricorn

The Andaman Event was the catalyst for the greatest mass extinction event in the planet’s history. Foreknowledge is an advantage for President Lloyd Sinclair, who is trying to keep the information suppressed until he can secure what he considers as the US portion of the twilight zone—a narrow, life-sustaining longitudinal band circling the globe north of the equator. Slicing across three continents, it’s only large enough to support 1.7 percent of the earth’s human population, but Sinclair is determined that at least a third of the survivors will be American citizens. However, he needs to “acquire” the twilight zone first, which starts in Central Mexico and ends at the southern border of the Honduras.

Meanwhile, in a New York apartment, Thelma Carpenter believes there’s an association between the satellite failures, the extreme heat, and the president’s strange behavior. Her boyfriend, Cobra, is skeptical of her suspicions, yet he knows not to underestimate her abilities. It’s rare she is wrong.
