Literacy rates have dropped as the amount of schooling has increased. -It seems that the more we know, the dumber we get. -Forcing our children to memorize facts will not educate them. -We have to find ways to stimulate their curiosity and encourage them to think, reason, and analyze. -Curiosity and a desire for truth and wisdom are not just nice to have.
