Chef Pineiro Signature Cuisinie, Cocina De Autor

His book Signature Cuisine was recognized with the How International Design Award 2018 in Editorial Design. Most of the dishes were inspired by three crucial areas of the chef's upbringing and development: the countryside, the coast, and the city. That helped us create attractive layouts and apply, strategically, a color palette to each chapter.
The book is written in Spanish and is divided into three categories: Costa (coast), Ciudad (city), and Campo (field, countryside). Each category contains recipes for these locations, including fish soup, burgers, lechon, chicken and rice, duck, ribeye steak, and tostones.
It also begins with a brief dedication to his family and a history of his upbringing to become a world renowned chef.
