Hot-Headed Cyborg Rump-Kicker, a reckless space bad-boy, is their last hope for rescuing the Omnicontroller and saving the entire interstellar healthcare system! Actually, this is just another stupid issue of Angry Youth Comix filled with all the usual crap.
