Wounded Angels

Wounded Angels is a moving and evocative collection of poems, written by a survivor of the Holocaust. In some of her poems, the author recalls her arrival in the United States as a teenager and meditates upon the great beauty of the American landscape. In others, she looks back and deals with questions of war, hunger and loss.
