Chernobyl, USA is a story of two people caught in a race against time trying to prevent nuclear holocaust on the East Coast. Former Coast Guardsman, author, and martial artist, Winters reconnects with a dear friend who has recently lost her husband. Soon the couple finds themselves running from the law and law-breakers as they try to find the truth and stop a devastating attack on an East coast nuclear power plant. They are helped by a Coast Guard officer who is a former Navy Seal, and a cast of characters who live to defend this country. The story is set shortly before the 9/11 attacks and is a fast-paced, action-filled adventure with a little bit of romance, too.
