Somewhere in America, the Collin Prison exists where there's plenty of rooms free of charge for anyone who gets in trouble. When our protagonist Dallas Westcoast takes revenge on his father's killer, but kills the wrong person, he ends up in Collin Prison, which is really the Hotel California! Later in this crazy place you'll meet a fine-looking girl who really is a transgender martial arts master, a former Latin world gangster, a country music fanatic warden, and two hip-hop lovers that resist the musical communism in the prison.
